With her vibrant energy and dedication, Joy ensures each guest not only looks their best but feels renewed and empowered. As a distinguished member of the American Board of Certified Master Colorists, she brings advanced skill, precision, and sophistication to every service.

Her journey has also been shaped by resilience and faith. After undergoing multiple shoulder surgeries in 2019, Joy experienced what she calls her “ladder vision” — a powerful calling from God that outlined her life’s next steps. Within weeks, she launched Hairapy 724, a brand built on the belief that haircare can be a form of therapy and community care.

When the pandemic shut down salons across the country, Joy’s innovative approach allowed her to keep serving clients through a mobile and private salon model. What started as a necessity has grown into a mission: to build a nationwide network of stylists who lead with integrity, collaboration, and client well-being.

Today, Joy continues to empower stylists, clients, and peers through education, mentorship, and authentic leadership. Her vision blends artistry, faith, and a deep sense of purpose — changing not just how hair is styled, but how beauty itself is experienced.
